How we can heal ourselves? And what does healing actually mean?

Healing is a task of a lifetime
There is a myth that I'll figure it all out and have a happy "thereafter"... As Abraham said, it's never done. Figuring out, and healing, likewise, are tasks of a lifetime. Death of the body is the only certainty at the end of it.

We live in times of rapid change. Coping with the pressure presents a growing challenge for more and more people. The question is - where to look for guidance?
When external structures and points of reference crumble, we have a choice of either being dragged down with those dysfunctional beliefs based on past experiences, or to seek those inner creative resources which can inspire right and fruitful action. In these times we have an opportunity to transcend our outdated patterns and connect with what’s most alive in us. This internal transformation can then resonate with the bigger changes that are occurring, which are looking for
new expressions and venues.
I feel honored to do the work of clearing the obstacles and blocks that hold my clients back. To
facilitate the waking up of the natural healing power within, allowing deep mind – body – spirit
balance and empowerment. My joy is to witness the transformation of pain and limitation into growth and freedom.
Here on this blog I'd like to share thoughts and stories on health and healing on all levels - physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
